📦 Shipping
Q: Where do you ship to?
We ship within the Philippines. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders within Metro Manila typically arrive within 3–5 business days, while outside Metro Manila can take 5-7 days. However, a pre-order item can take up to 2-weeks earliest.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Vinyl records must be in original packaging to qualify for return.
Q: Can I exchange a shirt for a different size?
We can only exchange a shirt for a different size if the item sent to you doesn't match the size in your order or if the item is damaged. Contact us with your order number and desired size. Exchanges depend on current inventory availability.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us within 2 hours of purchase, we’ll do our best to help.
Q: I forgot to use my discount code—can you apply it?
Reach out within 24 hours of your order, and we’ll try to apply it retroactively if the code was valid at the time of purchase.
